Payment terms: Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur an administrative charge.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 14 days before the course start date receive a full refund less a £50 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Students may reschedule up to 7 days before the start date at no charge. Requests within 7 days may be subject to an administration fee.

Course materials: All course materials are included in the fee unless stated otherwise. Materials remain the property of Cranbrook College and must not be reproduced.

AM2 assessment: The AM2 fee is payable directly to the external assessment centre and is not included in this invoice. Cranbrook College accepts no liability for AM2 scheduling or availability.

Certification: Certificates are issued by City & Guilds upon successful completion. Cranbrook College cannot guarantee certification where a student fails to meet the required standard.

Liability: Cranbrook College's liability is limited to the value of course fees paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from course participation.

Data protection: Student data is held securely in accordance with UK GDPR. We will not share your information with third parties without consent except where required by law.
